The art of gathering: How to host events that build community (and grow your business)
Events can be one of the most powerful ways to connect with customers, partners and community, yet many founders experience them as stressful, unpredictable, and difficult to repeat. Without a clear design and simple systems, workshops, launches and meetups can quickly become exhausting rather than energising.
In this webinar, Rae Knopik will introduce a practical framework for designing gatherings that feel intentional and supportive for everyone involved. You will explore how to align purpose, people, format and flow so that your events make sense from start to finish and naturally encourage connection. Rae will also share a low-lift planning system that uses digital tools, templates and checklists to reduce admin and make your events easier to run again.
The session concludes with a hosting playbook that covers welcoming guests, facilitating interaction and following up in a way that keeps momentum going after the event. This webinar is well suited to start-ups, small business owners and community founders who want events to play a consistent, sustainable role in their growth.
