Olive Gastronomy Dinner
Tantalise your tastebuds with subtle and refined flavours of olives and extra virgin olive oil as you’ve never experienced before! In collaboration with MacKenzie Quarters, a fine dining venue in the heart of the UNESCO-designated Bendigo Region of Gastronomy, our menu has been designed to showcase the range of recipes and flavour sensations that can be achieved with different varieties and technique of olive processing.
Included in your ticket price are two EVOO tasting experiences to educate your palate about how to choose and use different olive oils at home.
Experience the salty and sweet side of the olive life, enjoy stimulating company and immerse yourself in one of Bendigo’s historic venues reimagined for the 21st century. Tickets are $150 per person, drinks at bar prices.
