Digital tools for smarter strategy & business planning
Running a small business in regional Australia often means juggling everything at once – from marketing to admin, customers and operations. This online workshop with Rebel Black, Human Agronomist, Lead Strategist at BOWABIRDS and Chair of THE Rural Woman Cooperative, will help you replace that sense of overwhelm with clarity and structure.

Rebel will guide you through a straightforward three-step planning process using platforms like Basecamp, Canva and Google Workspace. You’ll learn how to set clear business goals, track progress and stay on course without the need for expensive systems or large teams.
Each participant will also receive a ready-to-use digital business planning template you can customise immediately. You’ll walk away with practical tools to plan confidently, stay focused, and build a business that grows with purpose.
